Part music venue, brunch restaurant, cocktail lounge, outdoor market, airy art gallery, studios, coworking space, and rooftop gathering space, Alma Mater has a little bit of everything. It started as the ambitious dream of two entrepreneurs who saw a golden opportunity in the Tacoma arts and culture scene and found the most magnificent abandoned industrial building to make that dream a reality. Through many a high-energy brainstorming session, we explored the numerous and adventurous sources of inspiration and distilled it all into a thoughtful, bold, and recognizable brand mark. You can find this iconic logo throughout their transformed hilltop building and on insta-worthy merchandise.
